Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Relieplus is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Delayed Orders
Sometimes orders may be delayed due to courier issues, customs checks, high shipping volume, public holidays, or unexpected events.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will help check the status.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please first check with your household members, building reception, mailbox, or local courier.
If the package still cannot be found, contact us and we will assist you in checking with the courier where possible.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply.
These fees are not controlled by Relieplus and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Clear photos or video of the issue
- A short explanation of the problem
