At Relieplus, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Not damaged by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Because Relieplus products are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened heavily, or returned in an unhygienic condition unless the item is defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving the product, you may request a return within 30 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, a defective item, or a damaged product.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used personal-care items
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items with missing parts or accessories

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
